The reason for choosing event website marketing to market to Razer eSports; Darryl is because it is an easier platform for Darryl to learn more about Gamescom Asia 2021 such as the services, program and about the event team. It is also an easier way for him to attain contact information if he is interested in learning more about the sponsorship offering and would like to reach out via contacts.


An event website should also have a good landing page and to include a Call-to-Action Button which in this case a sponsorship application button.


Optimized for web-search so as to ensure that the webpage link will appear in the top half of the 1st page of search results whenever he search for relevant keywords.



Some examples of content for pages or tabs on the website will be testimonials from past sponsorships or even attendees that include positive remarks and this will convince him that Gamescom Asia is an event worth partnering with. Another example will be creating and including an eBook for the reader to attain in-depth information on the event, for example, past statistics, more information about Gamescom Asia 2021. By doing so, it helps the reader to shape the perception of the event in his decision making process.
